Resilience Representatives

We work together with adults in school to ensure that everyone feels safe and happy at Wilfred Owen Primary School.

Resilience Reps play a vital role in fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment. These pupil leaders are trained to promote emotional wellbeing, encourage positive coping strategies, and help their peers navigate challenges both inside and outside the classroom. By acting as approachable points of contact, Resilience Reps help to build a culture of empathy, respect, and perseverance. They work closely with staff to raise awareness about mental health, lead initiatives that strengthen community bonds, and ensure that every student feels heard and valued. Their presence empowers students to seek help when needed and contributes to a more resilient and connected school community.
